Because everyone has their discreet own problem than others. Here some problems may be common. But that doesn’t mean two persons’ problems can be exact identical to each other. There must be some differences because of two different identities.

The above said dilemma must have to be faced by each working personnel. Here balancing the two are both part and parcel of livelihood, beautiful living and usurping the civilizations. Both two are evenly important. We can’t deny anyone for the sake of other. So to live decently and amicably we have to balance them efficiently. Here priority is to be set to balance the two odds to lead a purposefully life. Otherwise everything will be go in disarray and mess.

In my life to balance the two(work  & home life)I have set goal and priority to avoid any  negligence or classing between two. At any moment-out of the above two impediments the most important, prominent and urgent-will get the priority. Other one then be skipped or be done away with for the time being. After first one’s execution the second one can be tried upon. Thus I maintain a magnificent balance between the two important factors- work & home life- in my life.

For me both old and new wearable have had their distinct significance. Old-New, Young-Old, True-False, Justice-Injustice, et al can’t be supplementary anyway but would have to be complementary to retain self existence. Use of word and its just opposite run side by side. If anything become obsolete then its exact opposite will gradually loose its sheen and even its existence.

My choice of dresses are largely dictated by place, timing and surrounding. Definitely I will prefer new attaire for going to a party, celebrating festivals and attending a distinguished guests’ assembly.

But to my workplace I prefer older dresses than new ones owing to ease, comfort and flexibility in movement. I have no extra fascination, preference and inclination for newer wearable than older counterpart. New ones may be attractive, gorgeous and pleasant for wearing but in legacy quotient it may be inferior than older counterparts.

Favorite older thing,my wristwatch, always get preference when I go outside. It may be old and invaluable but it has had a great legacy, significance and history with it. The above said wristwatch was a noticeable first significant gift to me by my late father after my 10th standard. I always walk down the memory lane when I get the opportunity to wear this special wristwatch.

I think in broad spectrum everyone in the world has have the capacity of a bit to become a leader or follower in duo capacity. That’s why the coinage like ‘Leader’ and ‘Follower ‘ appeared.

We leave in diversity of livelihood, profession and efficiency. Each one of us has had some brownie points as well as brickbats. We get some traits by heredity, nature something naturally gathered by oneself and rest being gathered from surrounding. Here our consence, upbringing and culture determine our chosen path or enshrined trait. Above all our frame of mind or mindset or fundamentals in characteristic dictates us to go for either leadership or followership position. All we have some strong or weak areas.

For me I may play the role of leader in the paradigm of my unique efficiencies, fiefdoms and due diligence of requisite experience. Otherwise in other field I have to follow a most suitable leader who can be the torch bearer. But when any leadership crisis evolve- at the refusal of even most suitable ones- then someone must come forward to lead it. Otherwise reform in society, living standard and discrepancy wouldn’t be carried  out. Albeit personal impediment, hazards and  lack of knowhow someone has to come forward to lead. In that case I can extend my hand to lead any proceeding with whatsoever repository of my leadership I have had with me. Here definitely leadership will emerged not evolved as natural selection. Assisted by followers with integrity this type of movement under a leader- being emerged from the compulsion only- can also see light of day if being guided by concensus agenda.

We have had aplenty improvements at our kitty to be made for betterment of life’s proceedings. It can be of smaller or intermediate or higher ones. Definitely attempt to be made in ascending orders rather than in decending to make it viable and plausible. From smaller and smaller improvements one can strive for its bigger version.

We can do improvement once in a fine morning by chance. But whether it can be continued or sustained matter most. Having with a strong resolution once we can suddenly jumped into bandwagon of improvements. Rather than its good beginning its continuation lifelong is more  tougher and arduous.

Say for example I want to improve in the discrete field of my late coming. It can be started with much fanfare and possibility. Already in two-three occasions I had tried it before. But after few days it happens to be back to square one. So a good starting can be culminated into despair and failure. Sooner  my so called exuberation died down gradually and I get deflected from my most deserving path.

If it’s my weakness then I can gladly accept it. But here a serious question can be raised. Is this deviation expected for me alone? I think many others have had the same shortcomings associated with.

Here for only sake of improvement if we venture out then most of the time its untimely failure is in the offing. Anything seem to be strenuous, arduous and tough can’t be continued for long.

Whereas if we start doing same improvement  spontaneously from our core of the heart it will likely to be appeared not so difficult. If we want to do any small improvement by ecstacy, cheer and affection then most likely it would be sustained. Instead of feeling it as burden we can take it as a challenge to be materiased upon. If small improvement can be taken as gradual habit changing endeavour towards life’s qualitative upgradation then most likely it would be sustainable for long period.

Here I am paying my greatest and profound tribute to one of my demised elder brother who had practically stage the ‘Set’ for me at which I am being anchored upon nowadays. Now at hindsight I am witnessing his best pick in my carrier. Considering our financial buttress, my own capability to flourish in a discreet suitable arena out of available very few and having worthwhilenes needed to came off with flying colours to this chosen(by my dearest and wellwishing departed brother)path then I think his choice was no doubt a Hobson’ choice. Today at reaching my stability somehow-through his chosen path of carrier-I am now eating the sweet fruit of ultimate outcome of my being today. His suggestion then, at the nick of the time, was by far the best choice of carrier selection for  me. The above selection was by far the best-having utmost reality with the ground-for me considerinng the would be trajectory of its unfurling to the greatest extent. His suggestion was then a breakeven point and dramatic turnaround for me. It was totally commensurate and having imaculately compliance with my inherent capability. Here lies his great prudent, pragmatism and practicality. He is now no more among us but fortunate enough to see me as somehow established at firm ground to his chosen carrier path. He is truly a torch bearer for me and I am profoundly indebted, grateful and owed to him. Today I can’t pay my obeisance to him personally yet he will be remembered as a loadestar for me. For me he was a true friend, philoshoper and guide. I wish here that everyone has had the luck of getting brother like him.
